Gold Coast Home Health is an innovative and value driven company that follows industry best practices and is a Medicare/Medicaid certified home health agency. Our services include but are not limited to: Skilled nursing, Physical/Occupational/Speech Therapy, Medical Social Worker, and Certified nurse’s aide. Other services not provided by the Agency, for which arrangements can be made include durable medical equipment and community services.

We are located in Homewood Illinois but accredited to see patients in Cook, Will, DuPage and Kankakee counties. We have been able to see our patients within 24-48 hours after referral   and   we pride   ourselves   as   one of  the industry leaders in this area.

We accept the following insurances: Medicare, Medicaid Illinois, BCBS Medicare Advantage, United Healthcare, Humana Medicare Advantage, County Care, and currently working on credentialing with other plans.

We would like to have a business relationship with you and work to satisfy your organization’s home health care needs.
