Caring for a family member with skilled needs at home can lead to caregiver anxiety, but our Nurse Educator ensures the patient receives excellent care. Led by our experienced Nurse Educator, with over 15 years of clinical expertise and 10 years as a clinical nurse instructor at top nursing schools in Chicago.
What Else Can We Offer?
- In addition to our services, we facilitate physician coverage for individuals in need of medical attention, ensuring primary care physicians are available for home visits when necessary. Our assistance extends to helping patients locate homemakers, companions, and sitters as required. Even if patients are under the care of a primary care physician, our visiting doctors can provide updates on progress. Furthermore, we collaborate with affordable DME vendors to coordinate the supply of medical equipment and supplies, offering comprehensive support to our patients.
