Sanctuary Hospice is dedicated to protecting our patients and providing uninterrupted hospice care during the COVID-19 outbreak. We are available 24/7 including nights and weekends, wherever our patients call home (hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and private homes). We have implemented numerous efforts to ensure continuity of care and provide support to our patients and their families.

- Phone calls and video-conferencing for questions
- Telehealth “visits” from physicians and nurses available
- Electronically sign all hospice election consents – no need for initial in-person consult
- End-of-life planning sessions are available in person or remotely via phone or video calls
- We are actively serving COVID-19 positive patients
