ICS is a provider agency for the Department on Disability Services (DDS), a Home Health Care Agency under the Department of Health Care Finance – Home Health Agency (DHCF-HHA) and also a Core Service Provider with the Department of Behavioral Health (DBH).
Through these three programs, ICS provides services that meet the health, habilitation, social, and educational needs of DC residents with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
