Angels Care Home Health in Fairlawn is a Medicare-Certified Home Health agency providing quality and cost-effective home health care services that are focused on each patient’s unique needs. Under the direction of the patient’s physician, we administer medical services, such as skilled nursing, restorative therapy and medical social services, to the patient while strictly adhering to their physician’s plan of care.
With an emphasis on patient and family education, Angels Care creates a continuum of care throughout the disease process to empower our patients and caregivers to take ownership in the management of their condition or the condition of their loved one.
In addition to serving our patients and their families, we also strive to educate the communities we serve. This is done through our Community Classroom and Caregiver Support Education programs which gives us an opportunity to share our knowledge and expertise on a variety of health-related topics that are important to them.
At Angels Care, we pride ourselves in giving back to the communities we serve by supporting our local senior centers, schools, emergency responders and professional organizations who contribute to the overall good of our Community.
