We provide home health care services for individuals with physical and/or mental disabilities. The services include skilled nursing and home health aide services. Home health care allows an individual to remain in their own home instead of a nursing home and lessen hospitalizations.
Whether you need skilled nursing services, aide services, or DSP (direct support professional) services, we can help. All services provided under Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.
- Nurses available for shift work and skilled visits
- STNA’s or Nurses Aides are available for shift work
- Background checks are required for all staff
- All Medicare/Medicaid requirments met
Services provided for a 2 to 12 hour shift as needed:
- Personal care and bathing
- Meal Prep and Administration
- Other Activities of Daily Living
- Range of Motion
- Transfers
- Light house keeping
Skilled visits and nursing services up to 12 hour shifts:
- Wound Care
- Vent Care Services
- Medication Teaching and Administration
Services provided by a LPN or RN
