Quad County Home Health was established in 1984 to meet the home health needs of residents of Pana and surrounding communities.  Our professional staff provides intermittent home visits which enable our patients to continue to live at home.  Our purpose is to promote, maintain, and restore health.  Through our home visits, we are able to maximize an individual’s level of independence while minimizing the effects of disability or illness.
